docs/standalone-deployment-model.md (Container naming and lifecycle and Filesystem layout) never states which branches trigger preview deployments. The filesystem tree comment implies test/*, but the naming/lifecycle rules should state the prefix explicitly.

Resolved in PR #636 commit 82e3f84: naming rules now state previews trigger on test/* branches only, branch name being the part after test/.
