docs/standalone-deployment-model.md resolves standalone storage to host directories served via read-only bind mounts, reinterpreting the Phase 2 volume-management tasks (#358 "Create named volumes per site+version", #359, #360, #361) as host-directory management. DOCKER-ROADMAP.md still literally says "Create named volumes per site+version" etc. Reword those subtasks to match the resolved model so implementers don't diverge.
